Context & stakes

Ponad Linia is a Polish team-coaching brand built around programs like Program PPQ and Zespół bez dramy. It needed a site with real personality: editorial, animated, memorable, standing apart from generic coaching templates.

The problem

The brand lives from workshops and word of mouth. The site had to explain the method quickly, feel premium, and carry motion that supports the story instead of decorating it.

My role & decisions

Process

The brand hangs on one idea: a line, and the two states above and below it. Every design decision feeds that metaphor. Editorial serif typography, a single red accent, and motion that acts the concept out: words about control and fear sink under the line, words about trust and curiosity float above it. Each animation variant was built directly in the browser and reviewed with the client live on the production URL, so feedback was about feel, never about imagination.

Results

What I learned

Designing directly in the browser collapsed the distance between an idea and the real thing. Reviewing live animation variants with the client beat any static prototype.
